Description
Deep ruby in the cup, this infusion opens with the gentle tang of cranberry and the floral lift of hibiscus, while green and roasted mate lend a grounding, invigorating depth. Pieces of apple and mulberry leaf round it off with a soft, fruity warmth. Mate, from the South American Ilex paraguariensis, has long been shared as a symbol of hospitality and a natural source of energy; cranberry and hibiscus bring brightness and colour. Lovely served hot when you need a clear-headed moment, or steeped, chilled and topped with sparkling water and a citrus slice for a refreshing summer pour by the river. Ingredients
Green Mate (50%), hibiscus, apple pieces, 10% Cranberries (cranberry, sugar, sunflower oil), 10% roasted Yerba Mate, mulberry leaves, dehydrated cranberries, saffron flowers and natural cranberry aroma
Preparation
Boil 1 liter of water and add the herbal tea, | Leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, | After cooling, place in the refrigerator until well chilled, | Mix in equal parts with sparkling water, | Serve over ice and add mint leaves or citrus slices for an extra touch of freshness,
