These Terms govern your use of the website https://ocais-silves.pt and the related online services we offer (information, reservations and newsletter). They do not replace any specific terms applicable to in-person services, which are governed by Portuguese law and by the rules displayed at the establishment.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation, copy substantial parts of its content for commercial purposes, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content.

4. Reservations

Reservations made through this site are a request and become confirmed when we reply by email, phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or reschedule a reservation when we cannot accommodate it. Please let us know in good time if you need to change or cancel a reservation, especially for larger groups.

5. Menu, prices and allergens

Menu items, prices and availability shown on this site are indicative and may change without notice. The prices in force are those displayed at the establishment at the time of service and include VAT at the legal rate. Information about allergens and dietary requirements is available on request — please speak to our staff before ordering if you have any allergy or intolerance.

6. Newsletter and WhatsApp list

Subscribing to the newsletter or to the WhatsApp updates is voluntary and based on your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to reservas@ocais-silves.pt. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, layout) is protected by copyright and related rights and belongs to Montanha Vaporosa, Lda. or its licensors. You may consult and share content for personal, non-commercial use, with proper attribution. Any other use requires our prior written authorisation.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site up to date and the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of this website or of the services provided, the courts of the Comarca de Faro shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory legal rules applicable to consumer protection.
