Description

Soft and lightly floral, linden leaf brews to a pale golden cup with a naturally sweet character. The aroma is delicate and soothing, the kind of infusion to cradle in both hands as the day slows. Known across Europe as the tree of good and of joy, the linden has long been planted around squares and churches, its flowers and leaves gathered during a brief flowering each year. The tea has traditionally been valued to calm the nerves and ease into restful sleep. Loose leaf, enjoyed here by the Arade or carried home. Steep about 20g per litre of just-boiled water for five to nine minutes, then strain.
