Description
Star Seeds and Flowers is one of our exclusive house blends, created at O Cais with intention and soul. It brings together the warm, fragrant aroma of cardamom and fennel seeds, the green freshness of nettle, and the light of calendula and carqueja flowers. In the cup it is an aromatic, clear tea — gently spiced and floral, fresh and comforting at once. Made to purify, brighten the senses and open a little space to breathe. Brew at 100 °C and steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
Ingredients
39% Green Cardamom seeds, 24% Common Nettle herb, Fennel seeds, Calendula flower, Carqueja flower
Preparation
Water at 100 °C. Steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
